Lecture with Computer Exercises: Modelling and Simulating Social Systems with MATLAB

The course takes place every Monday from 5.15 to 6.45 pm in room HG E 27.0. Lectures are divided into two parts: in the first 30-40 minutes the material of the respective lecture is covered, the remainder of the 90 minutes lecture consists of supervised exercises.



                                         



Oral presentations and deadlines for submission of project reports

Students who wish to obtain credits in the course are required to both complete an oral presentation (15' presentation and 5' Q&A) as well as to hand in a project report. The details of the formal requirements may be found in the slides of Lecture 1, in Lecture 9 we discuss the format of the project report that we expect.



                                         

The oral presentations this term are scheduled for three days, Thursday May 26th, Monday May 30th and Wednesday June 1st. The schedule is now complete and may be downloaded here. Please note that the presentation periods have been slightly adjusted; if you are unable to present at your alloted presentation time, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

The oral presentation sessions are held in room CLU C 1, Clausiustrasse 50, first floor.



                                         



                                         

The deadlines for the submission of the project reports are midnight of two days before your presentation, i.e.

Tuesday May 24th at mignight (if presenting on Thursday May 26th)

Saturday May 28th at midnight (if presenting on Monday May 30th)

Monday May 30th at midnight (if presenting on Wednesday June 1st)
